need of<font color="#000080"><b> paid</b></font> facilitators for our
Seminar XL Program. We are reaching out to you in the hopes that you
can let students know who may be interested in participating in the
program as facilitators. It is a 3-hour weekly commitment. Our
enrollment for the program for this fall is significant so the sooner
we can match facilitators with our student groups, the better. Please
have interested students contact Dr. Sekazi Mtingwa at the Office of

soon as possible. Attached is a copy of our flyer and an

XL:</i></font></blockquote>
<blockquote type="cite" cite><font

<blockquote type="cite" cite><font face="Georgia">The program involves
each group's meeting with a Facilitator for two hours twice per week
to discuss course concepts and problem-solving techniques. It is
not conducted like a recitation class. The Facilitator only
guides the discussions among the participants. Seminar XL has been an
extremely successful program, with few of its participants getting
into academic trouble. However, it does involve a commitment to
attend and participate actively in at least 80% of its
sessions.</font></blockquote>
