responsible for a $24B budget including a $40M loan guarantee office,
and serves as the primary liaison between the Department, the White
House, and Congress on financial matters. Steve brings a wealth of
experience having served at the White House Office of Management and
Budget, NASA and the CIA as well as working in the private sector at
Lockheed Martin and Booz Allen Hamilton. DOE is on the forefront
of energy policy, technology, and security working with climate
change, renewable energy sources, the National Nuclear Security
