<blockquote type="cite" cite>Ecole Polytechnique is the most

prestigious engineering school in France. Through the MIT-France

Program, MIT students can study at Ecole Polytechnique or conduct

research in an Ecole Polytechnique lab.<br>

STUDY ABROAD at Ecole Polytechnique through its International Exchange

Program (http://www.polytechnique.edu/page.php?MID=50) is open to

juniors and seniors with a good knowledge of French. The program is

free, and some scholarships are given to cover part of living and

travel expenses. Students may request transfer of credit to MIT.<br>

<br>

INTERNSHIPS will allow<font face="Arial" size="-1"> advanced

undergraduates, Master and PhD students to do a 3 to 6 month research

internship with a lab at Ecole Polytechnique. No knowledge of French

is required for the internship. Some students will be offered stipends

to cover the cost of living on campus.<br>
