conducting an annual competition on college campuses to identify 100

of the most accomplished s<b>econd-year students</b> for the Goldman

Sachs Global Leaders Program. The program recognizes their outstanding

achievements and abilities in a public ceremony and awards each Global

Leader<b> US $3,000</b>.<br>
