The alumni of the<b> MIT Club of Southern California (MITCSC)</b> are
preparing a Placement Mailing to highlight the experience, education
and skills of current undergraduate and graduate MIT Students.
The Placement Publication will be mailed to roughly 4,500 alumni and
600 major employers in Southern California in March 2006. The
objective is to find permanent positions for graduates and summer
internships for continuing students. The student information
will also be posted on the Clubs website at</font> <a

<u><b>Instructions for Students Seeking Jobs in Southern
California</b></u><b>:<br>
</b><br>
1) Please complete the student biography form at</font> <a
href="http://www.mitcsc.org/career.htm"><font
face="Times New Roman">www.mitcsc.org/career.htm</font></a><font
face="Times New Roman"><u> by February 6, 2006</u>. <br>
<br>
2) If some of your critical coursework is coming up in second
semester, still reference it. It is important to Employers.<br>
<br>
3) Your full resume can be linked to our website. However,
due to space limitations,<u> only 450 characters are available for
publication in the MITCSC Placement newsletter</u> and online
listing. <u> So, please use abbreviations wherever possible</u>!

4) If you have your resume posted on your own website, remember
to include your URL. You may submit your resume in a Word (.doc)
or Acrobat (.pdf) format with your bio.<br>
<br>
5) When you submit the form to the Club website, you will
receive a unique access URL that you can use to return to your
biography and resumé to verify its accuracy or submit any
changes. <u> Changes made before February 6, 2006 will be
included in our printed publication for March 2006</u>.
Subsequent changes will be viewable online.<br>
