<p style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">The ASA Spring GBM will be held today, Monday, April 4, 2022 from 5-7 PM in room 34-101. Please arrive promptly so we can start on time to get through the agenda
as efficiently as possible. Every <b>ASA group</b> is required to send a representative. </span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">FSILGs, graduate dorms, and club sports may attend if they wish to
<b>but are not required to do so</b>. Groups that do not send a representative will incur a fine and may be suspended or de-recognized if the group has repeatedly missed GBMs. Dinner will be served.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">Any member may check in for a group, and a member may check in for more than one group. However, only students listed as president, treasurer, group admin,
or GBM proxy in the group's Engage database entry <</span><a href="http://engage.mit.edu"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#1155CC">engage.mit.edu</span></a><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">> may exercise the group's
vote. Furthermore, no one may exercise the vote of more than one group, and each group has only one vote even if they send multiple representatives. We recognize some groups will inevitably have conflicts: please do your best to send a representative, and
email the ASA ahead of time to discuss make-ups.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
