of development, the ASA Executive Board has voted to approve changes to the ASA Operating Guidelines, with approval from the GSC and UA. Thank you to all the groups and student representatives who provided fantastic feedback throughout the process! No major changes have been made since then, simply minor tweaks to some wording and expanding who can technically be a member of a student group,
as well as relaxing what group roles can only be performed by students as recommended at the fall GBM. </span></p>

an Annual inspection of student group office spaces between 9:00AM and 11:00AM February 4th and February 6th. Offices in Walker Memorial and N52 will be inspected on the 4th, and offices in W20 will be inspected on the 6th. More details will be provided closer
to those dates, however, if you would like to have an officer present during the inspection of your space please plan to have someone available during those times.</span></p>
