[acs-r] Error in downloading 2016 census data?

PS: Is it also possible that the tract-level 2016/1year ACS data is
not available via the API (yet)?  See
<https://api.census.gov/data/2016/acs/acs1/geography.html>.

I am able to get state and county data for 2016/1yr, but not tract.
