[acs-r] calling specific block codes

Hi,
First off, this package is great.  Thank you!  Secondly, I'm working with a
sample of people scattered throughout the country.  Only one or two in some
states, hundreds in others.  Can I input a vector of block level fips codes
to geo.make or acs.fetch so that I'm only access census data for specific
block codes?  I've tried a few options but all I can figure is grabbing a
whole state at the block level and subsetting those I need.  Any thoughts
would be much appreciated.
