<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_quote"><br><div dir="ltr"><div style="text-align:center"><img src="cid:ii_i9d6awy50_14d2ad3f02b7317c" width="462" height="146"></div>Hi all,<div><br></div><div>If you&#39;re interested in receiving e-mails about available tickets for Senior Week, please add yourself to the mailing list <a href="https://groups.mit.edu/webmoira/list/sw15-spam" target="_blank">sw15-spam</a>.  We will only be sending out reminders about non-ticketed events to 2015class.  </div><div><br></div><div>To maintain our financial responsibility and courtesy to other classmates, we have revised our refund policy: you will have up to one week before the event to let us know to receive a full refund.  We hope that this is sufficient time for you to let us know.   </div><div><br></div><div>Here is our standby policy: <br><div><div style="font-size:12.8000001907349px"><ol><li style="margin-left:15px">We will be filling up all events with people on the waitlist up until <u>Friday, May 22nd</u>. <span style="font-size:12.8000001907349px">This is the last day that people can cancel their </span><span style="font-size:12.8000001907349px">ticket</span><span style="font-size:12.8000001907349px"> for a full refund. </span></li><li style="margin-left:15px">On <u>Saturday, May 23 at 5PM EST</u>, we will open up all remaining tickets to the whole class on a first-come first-serve basis until supplies last.  This will be done online so that you do not have to be on campus.  </li><li style="margin-left:15px">In the case of no-shows or cancellations, we will have standby tickets for every event on the day of the event.  We will e-mail out to sw15-spam, and these tickets will be released on a first-come first-serve basis.  If you cannot attend your ticketed event and let us know beforehand, we may be able to refund you if we are able to fill your spot with a person on standby.  You may not directly sell your ticket to another individual.</li></ol><div>T-3 weeks until Senior Week! </div></div><div style="font-size:12.8000001907349px"><br></div><div style="font-size:12.8000001907349px">Senior Week Committee</div></div></div></div></div></div>
