Using 15.311d

Subscribing to 15.311d
Subscribe to 15.311d by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. (Note that this is an umbrella list, intended to have only other mailing lists as members. Among other things, this means that your confirmation request will be sent to the `-owner' account for your address.) Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext.
